Cabinet Construction

Cornerstone is essentially Shoreline, pared down just enough to make it competitive with production cabinets. It retains the same essential quality, European frameless construction and popular options of Shoreline but some of the most custom features have been eliminated.

Cornerstone differs from Shoreline in the following ways:
• Edges of the cabinet box are banded with matching PVC.
• Standard drawer boxes are White MDL (dovetailed Aspen available at an upcharge).
• Glazing is done on the front of doors only, not on the back
• No painted finish.
• No premium stains.
• Available woods: Alder, Knotty Alder, Cherry, Knotty Cherry, Hickory, Knotty Hickory, Maple, Red Oak
• Only 2 mitered doors are available: Avalon and Savannah
• No doors with applied moulding are available.
• No custom cabinets, i.e., no special cabinets that are not in our catalog.
• A very few cabinets, accessories, and mouldings are not available.
• Shorter lead time.
• Interiors available: White MDL(Medium Density Laminate), Maple MDL, Matching, Prefinished Clear Plywood.
